Born and raised in Vermont, Kaitlyn has lived most of her life in the Greater Burlington area. Kaitlyn is no stranger to real estate, seemingly following in the footsteps of several women in her family that have pursued their own careers in the field. Kaitlyn, a graduate of Champlain College, worked in the mortgage industry in various capacities including originating, processing, and support roles. She joined the Chris von Trapp team in 2007 to manage the office, marketing, and client communications on behalf of a top performing team at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. Kaitlyn has personally been through the home buying process and is a happy homeowner residing in Williston.
